Refund and Cancellation Policy

01Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by writing to info@cholandynamics.com from the email address on the account.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.

02Refunds

Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded when you cancel part-way through it, because the service remains available to you for the rest of that period.

We do refund, in full:

• a duplicate charge, or a charge for an amount other than the one you agreed;
• a charge taken after a cancellation we had already received;
• a subscription you paid for but could not use because of a failure on our side that we could not put right in a reasonable time.

If you believe a charge is wrong, write to info@cholandynamics.com with the invoice number and we will look into it.

03How a refund is paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot send them anywhere else.
• We start the refund within five working days of agreeing it. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually a further five to ten working days.
• Where a payment was taken in a currency other than your own, the amount you receive back is set by your bank’s exchange rate on the day of the refund, which may differ from the rate on the day of the charge. Any bank charges are outside our control.
• Taxes charged on a refunded amount are refunded with it.

04If we end a subscription

If we withdraw the service or end your subscription for a reason that is not your breach of the Terms of Service, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
