Acceptable Use Policy

01Do not

• Break the law with it, or use it to help anyone else do so.
• Upload content you have no right to use, including another party’s drawings, standards or documents.
• Try to gain access to another customer’s data, or to any part of the system you have not been given.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission, or interfere with its operation.
• Resell the service, or run it as a service of your own for third parties, without our written agreement.
• Use it to produce material that is unlawful, or that is intended to deceive someone about who produced it.
• Remove or obscure any notice of ownership in the software or its outputs.

02Engineering outputs

Forge Epic produces engineering calculations, drawings and documents from the inputs and rules you give it. Every output must be checked and approved by a qualified person before it is issued or built from. Do not present an unreviewed output as a certified design.

03If something goes wrong

If you find a security problem, please tell us at info@cholandynamics.com before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine problem in good faith and does not exploit it or access other people’s data.

04Enforcement

We may suspend or remove access that breaches this policy. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
